Standard assembly time is just 30 minutes with just two people required and no tools necessary.When you buy a vocal booth from Dolphin Music it will arrive flat packed. The following 8 steps is what you will need to do when it comes to building your vocal booth.
Step 1: Place floor panel in the desired location.
Step 2: Stand up tow wall panels to make a corner. One of the wall panels should have velcro and metal brackets on the sides, the other side should not.
Step 3: Pull the corner tight, and secure the velcro to hold the corner in place. Repeat for all four corners. Once all corners are secure, pull each one tight again and re-secure the velcro strips.
Step 4: Drop the ceiling into place. The ceiling in NOT square, so if it does not fit at first, rotate it until it does fit. Once the ceiling is snug in place, drop the 1" thick padding on top of the ceiling panel to provide extra insulation.
Step 5: Attch the silencer boxes as shown. They are held in place by the attached velcro. The vent box with the vent leader should go on top.
Step 6: Slip the flexible duct over the duct leaders to connect the fan silencer box to the vent silencer box. Secure the duct in place with the included plastic ties.
Step 7: Attach the door knob with the provided hardware. Step 8: Attach the fluorescent light to the ceiling (velcro included). Please Note: Cables can be routed through the 3" cable port(s). Make sure to replace the foam plug after cables are routed to the maintain sound room integrity. |
