Hi,
Nice product, but no instructions on how to install. I was baffled and disappointed. However, I observed how the old earpad came off, using a flat screwwdriver to pry it off the gasket, and managed to line the new one up the same way. Then it snapped into place with the gasket. The company should provide some instructions!
