Tascam CD-BT1 Mk2 Description

The CD-BT1 makes practising a pleasure simply insert your favourite CD, connect your bass and away you go. Even complicated licks and lines are easy when you mark a section and play it back repeatedly without interruption. You can reduce the playback speed by up to half without changing the pitch. Or, if the key doesn't suit, you can change the pitch by up to 6 semi-tones and 50 cents without affecting tempo. There's even a built in tuner to help you keep your strings in tune.

Practice makes perfect, but only with the right sound. That's why 16 effect presets with compressor, delay, flanger, chorus, octave doubler and more are already included in the CD-BT1. To further enhance the sound of your instrument, we've added a 5-band equalizer with two user memories. If you don't have your practice song on CD, you can use the additional stereo input to connect a cassette recorder, an MP3 player or another instrument. And of course there's also the usual stereo output, which you can use to connect the trainer to a stereo system or mixer desk. And because bassists normally only have two hands, an optional footswitch is available for starting and stopping the CD player or switching effects. Who said practising can't be fun?!
