FG700S Dreadnought Accoustic Folk Guitar Gloss Finish

The Yamaha FG700S is a great entry level acoustic guitar with deluxe features including die-cast tuners, solid sitka spruce top, and a rosewood fingerboard.

New for 2005, and the Yamaha FG700S is an updated FG using techniques developed for the high-end L-Series handcrafted models. The new FG700S features an inverted L-block which creates a tighter body-neck connection for a deeper low end tone.

The Yamaha FG700MS has a mat gloss natural finish, while the Yamaha FG700S has a high gloss finished top, back, and sides. The FG700S's heavier finish creates a rounder, mellower tone. The loss of brightness and presence is compensated by a warmer tone, suitable for recording rhymic chords.
