The wah-wah pedal was just invented when Hendrix burst on the scene in 1967. And to this day, few players’ names are more synonymous with killer wah leads and wicked, wah-driven syncopated rhythms. The wah pedal that Hendrix used was a 60s design by the Thomas Organ Company and manufactured by JEN in Italy.

There's only one way to get the real sound and feel of the classic Wah-Wah pedal that changed electric guitars in the '60s - the reissue VOX V847. Built to the exact specifications of the original pedal, this Wah-Wah is totally authentic right from its classy chrome top to its legendary growl. An original-style, vinyl carrying case is also included.
Named after VOX's first amplifier tremolo circuit, the Vibravox essentially recreates the unique and immensely satisfying Vib/Trem sound from a “traditional” AC30 and puts it into a pedal that can be used with any amp.
