This 7 hour-long session (delivered in one day) combines the two Audio Support packages for teachers, and will equip music teachers with the skills and confidence to use Digital Audio Workstation technology such as Cubase for the composition elements of the GCSE music syllabus, and also equip teachers with the skills and confidence to use Cubase as a recording tool in the classroom.

Audio Support trainers are all experienced music technology teachers and can give practical advice on how to use the equipment to engage students in learning.

Designed around the needs of modern teachers, the hands-on training is delivered one-to-one in their own classroom ensuring that every question is answered and there is minimum disruption to a busy teaching schedule. Computer, software + microphone can be provided either by the school or brought by the trainer.

I have very specific requirements. Can I talk to a technician before I pay online?

Audio Support technicians are often very busy but you can call 0208 249 3168 and speak to one of the bookings team who can help you work out your requirements.

What happens after I book online?

After you buy an Audio Support product from Dolphin Music your details are immediately passed to the Audio Support team who then call or email you to discuss your requirements and arrange an appointment date. When paying for the product please state your prefered method of communication.

Can I see a technician during the evening or weekend?

Technicians are available for appointments 7 days a week. The latest start time for a 3.5 hour appointment is 6.30pm.

What if I have to cancel?

You have the option of cancelling an appointment up to one week before the scheduled start-time. If you choose to cancel then you will recieve a full refund minus a 20% administration charge. Unfortunately we cannot refund cancelled appointments after this deadline as the technicians' schedules will have already been booked.

Can I pay the technician in cash?

Unfortunately not. Audio Support technicians do not handle cash.
