Installations

At Dolphin Music we aim to offer a high level of service to our customers, that goes beyond what we do to help you make the right choice of equipment. Our commitment extends to the swift and efficient installation of our systems, with expert engineers who can also offer advice and training on site as part of the service.

How it works:

Our work at Dolphin Music as part of the installation begins at Dolphin HQ where you will be assigned an installation project manager who will check your purchase order to ensure that you have everything you need - even down to the last lead and connector [you' be surprised how much a job can be delayed if even one tiny essential component is missing on site!].

After the list of equipment is checked and the order processed, the equipment is gathered at our installations centre where the project manager ensures that all of the items are present. Modifications to equipment can be done if appropriate at this stage to save time on site. When all of this is done we'll bring the equipment to you ourselves, accompanied by the project manager and installation engineer.

Once on site, we can offer training during and/or after installation and advice on maintanence and operational issues. Our expert installation engineers can offer advice about often difficult issues, such as integration with existing networks [for instance, installing music technology systems on school networks] or negotiating maintenance responsibilities.

Online and telephone help plus 'return to base' warrantees come as standard with an option to purchase additional services available.

Should an item not be present or available for the installation we will either deliver later or, if necessary, bring and install the item(s) ourselves on a second visit.
