2 Man Home Delivery
Dolphin Music offer a bespoke 2 man home delivery service for our heavier items (over 32kg). This UK wide service is offered at a standard of £59.99 for up to 6 packages, with a combined weight of up to 100kg.
As a valued Dolphin customer you will called personally by our delivery team, and a delivery time arranged to suit you within a three hour window of your choice (not earlier than 48hrs from the point of receipt by the carrier).
There will be no additional charge for 'out of area' deliveries but additional delivery time will be added as per the above map on top of normal 72 hour service.
Goods will be delivered to a room of your choice * with the option of being unpacked if necessary. However, please note, should you wish to return the item we will require the original packaging.
Note
* Please note the 'room of your choice' will only include upstairs in a two-storey house if the dimensions allow and the weight of the item is under 85kg. In a block of flats there must be lift access to deliver above the ground floor.
