Rating: 8/10

the dean from hell had an overall good rating with sound being at the top as the 2 humbucker pickups deliverd a well balanced sound that offerd you either ear blistering screaming leads or warm bluesy rythmic tones. this is good for any player wishing to go from metal to classical and still look cool, the finish on the guitar is flawless with an amazing lightning bolt design that is bound to gain attention to you when playing.
the only bad point about the guitar is the weight distribution as the headstock will tend to fall to the ground when the guitar is left hanging around your neck.
but the guitar is an overall good buy with excellent value for money.

Dean From Awesome!

This is by far the best guitar I have ever played. It has become so easy to squeal with harmonics that I scare even myself sometimes! The neck is far faster that any of my other guitars - making it ideal for fast pentatonic licks and other shreddy ideas, and it arrived perfectly set up straight from the box. The pickups have a great tone regardless of whether you're playing Machine Head or Hendrix and its looks need no further praise! I have heard some reviews on the internet state that there is a significant volume difference between the neck and bridge pickups but I haven't noticed this at all myself. The floyd-rose system is excellent and can take even the most sustained whammy-bar abuse and it always returns to the correct tuning - the guitar stays in tune for a very long time itself, incidently. If you're looking to play along with the outro to Cemetery Gates then this is definately the guitar for you. It is a well balenced and comfortable guitar both when standing and sitting. I have found in my own experience that the paint is quite sturdy as I can recall countless times when I have clumsily bashed my guitar on various doors and found no visible damage (as I would have expected). Overall this is an excellent guitar and whilst the looks may not be to everyone's liking if you're into metal I suggest you get straight down to you local guitar shop and try one out!
