Sennheiser HD280 Pro Headphones Reviews
I got my HD 280 Pro in the mail last week, and they have lived up to all my expectations of this pair of headphones. I myself listen to alot of classical music, baroque, vocal and opera and these headphones makes good music even more enjoyable to listen to beacuse of its perfect balance of high-middle and low range, clarity and loudness. I think these headphones is the best buy for this kind of money.
Forget the cheap headphones...the ones at the druggist, the ones at the CD rack, the bubblepack screamers next to the boom boxes. You will only hurt yourself; cranking up the volume, blasting your eardrums in a vain attempt to hear the music through the mashed potato sound they produce. Earbuds? Go stick a needle into your brain...it will only be a slightly faster method of going deaf. Skip all that nonsense- nothing brings greater clarity, delicacy, hearable sound than the Sennheiser 280's. Your lo-res Mp3's will sound respectable. You will hear things from your CD's- like the compromises of sweet analog reduced to digital constriction. The venerable LP's will astound you...so much for this modern age! It might make some laugh to see you Ipod-ing through a pair of 280's, but you will not care, because you will be filled with music. Take my advice- volume down - full audible range - superb sound isolation, you will not regret your Sennheisers.
