The Gibson SG STANDARD 6-String Electric Guitar, Heritage Cherry Finish, Chrome Hardware inc case. A classic since the 60's with versatile tone, fast, easy playability and plenty of sustain.

The Gibson SG Standard electric guitar is one of the most popular versions of the legendary Gibson SG. Gibson's new solidbody guitar of the '60s, the SG, broke through traditional concepts of solidbody electrics and became an instant classic. The SG body style has remained in production since its first appearance in 1961.

The Gibson SG Standard features an original-style beveled, double-cutaway mahogany body, fast, sleek, rounded, robust late '60s mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard with Trapezoid inlays, Tune-o-matic bridge, Green Key tuners and 490R Neck / 498T Alnico Magnet Humbuckers that dish out incredible tone with two volume, two tone, three-way switch controls. Gibson Hardshell case included with this guitar.
