Gator GK 88
I bought this for my yamaha CP300. The internal dimensions of the case are slightly too small for the this keyboard but there is enough movement to accommodate resulting in a snug fit!
Gator GK 88 Review
This case is a godsend. It makes the job of moving my 76note Motif ES7 a breeze, whether it be loading it into the back of my car, or wheeling (not carrying) the keyboard into gigs, studios etc. The thing is tough, with wealth of good detail, such as:
1. Wheels, and a matching 'pull' handle at the other end of the bag for pulling the case along reasonably level surfaces
2. Plenty of pockets for leads, pedals, notebooks, sandwiches(!).
3. Handles and zips which have proved themselves strong & durable.
4. There are ‘runners’ on the base of the case which help its rigidity, and also make things easier when lifting the bag into my car, or onto a stage.
I was intending to buy the Gator case simply as an interim measure, with my sights set on a hard case in the longer term. I’ve had the Gator case 2 years now, and still don’t feel the need to move up to a hard case….

i bought this bag for my korg micro kontrol and it fits perfectly. It certainly seems like a well made sturdy quality item offering good protection as far as a soft padded bag can.

Gator GK 88 Keyboard Bag
The Gator GK 88 Keyboard Bag is an efficient and tough bag that is fit for the purpose.
It is...reasonably light weight although transportation could become a challenge in smaller, more confined areas.
I bought this bag for a Korg SP-250. The bag is slightly too big for this, and I appreciate it is meant to be a multi-purpose bag but I fear my new keyboard may get damaged with the extra space inside the bag.
One other negative aspect is the difficulty of transportation. It is a long bag, of course, this is necessary as the keyboard that needs to be fitted in there is long, but the problem is not helped by there only being one handle. With a keyboard inside the bag it could weigh up to 30kg. If another handle was added then perhaps it may be easier to lift.
Anyway, enough of the negative thoughts, there are some definite positive aspects of this bag. For one, the “comfortableness” of the inside of the bag is very good indeed. There is plenty of padding and two decent straps to hold it in.
Over all, a good bag and I recommend it to anyone on the move.
