I recently borrowed one of these from my brother. I was familiar with the popular nirvana sounds this thing can create so was very interested to hear what it could sound like on a bass. I plugged it in and without even touching the Dial was easily the best chorus sound I have ever heard on a bass. after playing around with it for an hour I was in love. Electro Harmonix Have really got it right with this pedal you really do not need a fancy pedal with 20 different knobs to play with this has just one and you can a huge range of sounds. it can be the most subtle bass chorus or a real warble sound. it works great with active and passive basses hardly any hiss even when going straight into the desk . only gripe I had was on this unit the power supply was a mini jack type so didnt work with my power source. it is also the most battery hungry pedal I have ever used but thats a minor issue to me so 10*

I have to say the Electro Harmonix small clone is by far my favorite effects pedal yet; and I own alot of pedals. It was really useful playing Nirvana songs and just making up my own riffs. I definitely give this effects pedal 10/10 becuse it is amazing. And for £49.00 it is a great price, worth spending.
