There are and always have been instruments made at the Fender® Custom Shop that continue to pay homage to unique woods, hardware, inlays, electronics, etc. The Custom Deluxe models are the canvas for beautiful high-end instruments that have always been the benchmark of Fenders Custom Range.
This Deluxe Strat has custom features that combine the best of old and new, and some of Fender's most exotic woods. Features include a lightweight ash body/AAA quilted maple top with access heel and thin urethane finish, satin-finished AA flame maple neck with large "C" shape, 22 medium jumbo frets on a maple or rosewood fingerboard. Abby hand-wound pickups, 5-way switching with Fender's modern wiring and elite tuners.
