How Do I Redeem My Gift Voucher?

• Call Dolphin Music on 0845 815 0888 and tell us your unique "Gift Voucher Code" that you will find on your Gift Voucher and Confirmation Email
• Tell us what you want to purchase with your Gift Voucher
• Sit back and wait for your new gear to arrive!

The amount of the Gift Voucher will be automatically deducted from your total order. Your "Gift Voucher Code" will continue to be valid until the remaining balance is gone.

• Dolphin Music Gift Vouchers are redeemable against any product available on www.dolphinmusic.co.uk
• Gift Vouchers can NOT be redeemed in the online checkout or in any associated stores - to place an order please call 0844 815 0888 and quote your unique 'GVNO' Code
• You will be charged for postage for the Gift Voucher. You will then get free standard postage (UK Mainland, next day delivery, below 32kg) on the order you use the Gift Voucher for
• Multiple Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of further Gift Vouchers
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for credit services
• Gift Vouchers will expire 12 months from the date of the first purchase. Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
