Constructed from a genuine Mahogany body with bound, carved Maple top, the Les Paul Classic Custom's neck has a comfortable, slim profile Mahogany neck, and a Bound Baked Maple fingerboard with acrylic white block inlays.
Providing the purest, richest tone possible, Gibson have loaded the Les Paul Classic Custom with a pair of '57 Classic humbucking pickups, genuine Alnico II magnets and wound with enamel-coated 42-AWG wire, just like the hallowed PAF pickups you'll find on classic 1950's Gibson guitars. To ensure solid sustain and accurate intonation, Gibson have equipped the Classic Custom Les Paul with a Tune-o-matic bridge paired with a stopbar tailpiece, and a set of Grover tuners make tuning your Classic Les Paul as easy as ever.
