Tri-Mode Fuzz is Akai Professional’s Analog Custom Shop solution to the classic fuzz guitar sound. Tri-Mode Fuzz combines Level, Tone and Fuzz knobs with a Muffy, Boost and Warm Tri-Mode switch in heavy-duty polished stainless-steel housing. True-bypass switching, three adjustable knobs and tone toggle switch provide complete fuzz control.
Tri-Mode Fuzz’s Tri-Mode toggle-switch provides a wide variety of fuzz sounds. Select Muffy for that rich, saturated BIG rock sound, Boost for a bright sting ideal for new-wave, power-pop glory or Warm to get that perfect blend of velvety-smooth fuzz tone. Tone depth, brightness and intensity may be further adjusted using the three precision Level, Tone and Fuzz knobs.
Tri-Mode Fuzz is powered by the included 9-volt battery or 9v AC adapter (sold separately).
The Analog Custom Shop consists of these ten pedals: Phase Shifter, Analog Delay, Blues Overdrive, Chorus, Compressor, Tri Mode Overdrive, Deluxe Distortion, Flanger, Tri Mode Fuzz, and Tri Mode Distortion.
