The Quiklok A-114 is a new era in table top stands. The price of the unit truly reflects the craftmanship that has gone into this. I have been using mics for the last 5 years and have dealt with all differentials of stands. The main diffrence and selling feature of theis stand is the ability to extend the shaft and the ease of adjustment.

The Quiklok A-114 is defenatly worth the money, be it pro or home "podcaster". I have used this stand now and it has yet to topple be knocked off its stand, the universal conector allows for most mic types and is a good complament to any music studio.
