It also contains Electric Piano sounds from several decades which are clean and crisp representations of the orignals.
The RD700NX boasts an advanced SuperNATURAL Piano Sound Engine, a deluxe PHA III Ivory Feel keyboard, and a newly-improved user interface with a large, high-resolution LCD display. The SuperNATURAL Engine allows you to alter many parameters to create your own unique piano sounds and much more. This truly is the complete on and off stage package for any pianist, add to this its extreme portability and you have one heck of an instrument.
Roland's SuperNATURAL Piano was created by bringing together V-Piano technology and 88-key multi sampling technology. The SuperNATURAL Piano sound engine delivers natural and seamless changes in tonal colour in response to the player's touch. The notes have a smooth and natural decay just like your very own acoustic grand piano. The 88-key multi sampling comes from Roland spending hours analysing, sampling and synthesizing a variety of word class pianos and then faithfully reproducing these tones and resonance from key to key.
