I purchased this as an amplifier for my guitar and keyboard, running through a mixer. It stays pretty cool, and has plenty of power (for what I need). I'd say it's sturdily constructed and looks like it's built to last. Even better, the manual is actually of some use, and outlines common sense and typical practices. Overall I'm very impressed with this amplifier as a working unit.

However, mine has developed a fault which causes a small arc within the case. Having returned it to Numark, it has been there several weeks with no word as to what is going on. I've no idea what percentage of these are faulty, and reviews are often bi-polar on the issue of reliability, but I'd say that Numark's returns service isn't a selling point.

I'm sure the neighbours are pleased it's taking so long, but I can't wait to get it back.
