Not only does the LK-230 feature the helpful Step-Up learning system, in which the practice pieces are broken down into small learning units that are then learnt step by step; it also inspires musical creativity: The new Voice Pad function makes it really simple to play back voice samples and other sounds and effects using the pads. And that's not all; the LK-230 has plenty more to offer, including the AHL sound source boasting 48 notes, 150 rhythms, an extended automatic accompaniment feature with ON-bass chord and a large, easy-to-read display.

Moreover, the audio-in function lets you record your own samples of up to ten seconds, which can then also be played via the Voice Pad function.
• Microphone input (Mic-in) - Simply plug in and get singing: The LK-230 has a practical microphone input facility that allows users to sing along to a selection of songs or make recordings using the sampling function. The microphone is included with the keyboard.
• Audio input (Audio-in) - It's easy to connect a CD or MP3 player to the audio input on your LK-230 and play along with your favourite song on the keyboard.
• Song Bank Controller - The 110 practice pieces in the Song Bank can be controlled via the Song Bank Controller in a similar way to a CD player, allowing players to practice the piece effectively.
