Hello there,
I suffer from DiGeorge Syndrome (22q11.2 deletion). I raise money for Max Appeal which is a charity based on raising awareness of DiGeorge Syndrome & also finding out new information about this Syndrome, The charity was originally setup in 1999 in Birmingham\'s Children Hospital by a group of mum\'s who had a Baby or a Smaller Child who suffered from this Syndrome. Two years later Max Appeal was given charity status, And the two people in charge are Julie & Paul Wootton. They keep families informed via there website, forum, newsletters, AGM\'s, Special Day Trips Out & just by being there.
I am 26 years old & there\'s not many Adults with this Syndrome so I feel lonely most of the time, I cannot go out on my own, Heart Problems, Weak Immune System, Cleft Palete (Mine has been repaired), Asthma & Heyfever, General Special Needs. Common in most cases of DiGeorge Syndrome
I am raising money for Max Appeal via our local Carnival\'s this year & our theme is Dr Who & that\'s why we need these MOOG Modulator\'s to sound like The Daleks because my uncle who is a Fibreglass skilled person is building Three Full Size Daleks out of Lightweight Fibreglass & we will be working with another Charity group called Charity Dalek Squad.
Would you be able to knock anything of the price for me, We are working to a set budget.
Please visit Max Appeal\'s website: http://www.maxappeal.org.uk/
Thank you for your time
Take Care
