The ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502 is a professional, ultra-musical 15-band stereo graphic equalizer that is equally at home in both live and studio applications. A good entry level equaliser which i use both for guitar work in the studio and live, and also for a live PA setup.

It does its job in both very well with minimal noise. (I have never noticed any noise from this unit.) This unit also includes a feedback detector which shows you where feedback is present in the spectrum, allowing you to lower that bar to remove the feedback.

In my experience the feedback detector is useless. Most of the mid section (where the vocals lie) seems to light up every time vocals go through the unit. Maybe this is my setup - however freinds have used it and have had the same problem.

However, it is better not to have feedback in the first place. This does not detract from the quality of the unit as it is carries out its primary job to a high standard and feedback can be eliminated manually with practice - and with vocalists who know what they are doing!

I would recommend this unit to people needed a low cost eq for thier overall PA mix, or for use with one instrument.
