The nEar08 eXperience studio near-field reference monitors have been developed to generate a near perfect sonic reproduction in any studio environment. With an extended low frequency response and high quality Kevlar 8" drivers, the new nEar08 eXperience delivers unparalleled punch in the low-mid frequency - a major improvement over the paper and polypropylene drivers used in many comparable products.

The nEar08 eXperience monitors also provide frequency response adjustment controls, allowing you to tune the sound specific to the needs of your studio environment. These monitors feature ESI´s cross over control technology which is optimized to provide perfect output level and frequency response, which exactly matches the installed drivers and cabinet design. They are also magnetically shielded for desktop operation next to your other electronic equipment without causing interference.

These are the first set of monitors I have owned and have to say after using various others at college/friends I am blown away by these Near 08\'s.

They look smart and understated and when you turn them on, boy they are loud with plenty punch to them!!

I am very impressed with the clarity and sound detail. After testing some commercial cd\'s from Pink Floyd, Techno, Hip Hop to Drum n Bass and comparing against my own recordings and mixes, I just love these monitors even more.

I would defo recommend these to anyone after a solid set of monitirs at an excellent price - I also got some Auralex pads and glad I did - with top class service from Dolphin I am very happy.

nEar08 - THEY'RE LOUD!!!!

Bought a pair of these for neutral sound playback. First impressions - solid construction, heavy, quality build. Turned them on. OMG. Loud doesn't begin to describe these - party with 100+ people no problem. No distortion at ear bleeding volume. Very flat response across entire frequency range. They don't generate bowel moving bass as they're only 8" cones but boy are they punchy. I just bought the ESI 10" sub to add a bit more bottom (waiting for it to arrive) but to be honest now I've listened to them for a week I shouldn't have bothered as they are really punchy. LOUD LOUD LOUD LOUD NO DISTORTION DID I SAY LOUD - BUY THEM NOW!!!!
