geminix l500 turntable

Hi i own a gemini xl500 turntable, I think this turntable is exellent it is equally as good as the technics sl 1210 decks. There is only 1 small problem with the gemini and that is there is no quartz motor on it so the speed can drift, but i found once the deck as been up and running for a few minutes the speed is ok. The main features i like and find useful are the speed change, start stop button and breaking system. In addition to this i think the pitch control and pop up light are exellent. This turntable is well worth the money is very easy to set up. I paid £150 for my turntable from superfi and its retail price was £300 pound so i got myself a bargain. In my final comments i would recomend this turntable to anyone either for home use or dj use all in all its a cracking piece of kit

I have a gemini xl500 deck i think its as good as the technics deck anyday its more or less the same except the price is well cool the technics is well over priced the gemini is tops
