The Boss FDR-1 is based on the Fender 1965-era Deluxe Reverb and is the second pedal in Fender's new Legend line up. The Fender '65 was a highly coveted tube amp known for its natural touch-responsive and distinctive crisp overdriven sound. With the help of their friends at Fender, BOSS designed this stompbox to recreate the legendary tone of the 1965 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amp. Even the controls on the original Deluxe Reverb have been added to this great littel stomp box: Level, Gain, Treble, Bass, Vibrato and Reverb. The FDR-1 also functions in your chain as a “boost pedal” placed before an already overdriven amp to add the tone character of the Deluxe Reverb.
