The MAG C210T-300 2 x 10" + tweeter combo features a potent new fan-cooled 307 watts RMS power section. Rotary bass, middle and treble controls are supplemented by smaller rotary controls providing 15dB of cut and boost at 220Hz and 1.6kHz, providing a comprehensive 5 band EQ section. Additionally, front panel push switches for Bright and Deep settings provide instant access to attacking and warm, rounded sounds respectively and, on the subject of low-end response, the trademark Ashdown sub-harmonic generator is ready and able to deliver truck loads of earth moving tone if called upon. Inputs are provided for active and passive instruments and the front panel also features an effects send and return, a tuner/line output and a balanced DI output for direct connection to a mixing console.

All MAG combos have extension speaker outputs and are loaded with Ashdown BlueLine speakers for exceptional attack, clarity and low-end performance. Protection is provided by tough black carpet covering and new steel grilles, while the amplifier chassis is constructed from light yet strong, heat-dissipating magnesium alloy for ‘roadie-free’ portability. And, of course, the famous Ashdown VU meter remains central to the cool look of these great, value for money bass amplifiers.

Vintage Lemon Drop Les Paul

A fantastic guitar in every way. Great distressed/vintage finish, lovely action, great tones and a lot cheaper than the original !!!!!

Wow

I returned to bass recently after a 7 year stint of playing guitar and keyboards and invested in a Warwick bass and this little amp.

The Ashdown was a stop gap until I could decide on my "proper" rig, but after 3 months and several gigs I have no intention of replacing this amp.

Anyone thinking that this small package won't carry should really think again. I play in a classic rock outfit alongside a full rock kit and 2 guitarist with 4x12 Marshall stacks. I still don't need to go beyond 1 o'clock on the output dial.

As for the sound of the amp, the Warwick growl is perfectly complemented by the Ashdown and whilst I though I'd need at least 7 band eq, I can shape the tone perfectly with the 5 band control. The bass end of the 2x10 is wonderful and I've never had to resort to the sub harmonic.

So it looks like this stop gap amp is going to be in my armory for some time to come.
