David, a very compact acoustic instrument combo amplifier. Featuring the same high attention to quality and sound paied to his "big brother" UNICO, David is perfect for the artist requiring only two input channels. From preamplifiers to loudspeakers, all components were selected for their natural and accurate response. Two power amps with an active crossover supply 50 watts to the 6" woofer and 30 watts to the 1" dome tweeter.

The result is velvety, clear harmonics with a controlled, strong low end (down to 40 Hz). The technology of biamplification produces a very transparent sound as well a providing maximum efficiency by properly matching amplifiers to loudspeakers. In addition, each power amplifier features limiter circuitry to deliver secure speaker protection. Amplifiers are built with bipolar transistors (no MOS-FET) and are powered by a robust, traditional power supply (toroidial transformer). David's innovative CLASS-A circuitry and built-in analog spring reverberation deliver the warm, smooth and musical sound that acoustic musicians have been seeking. Whether your instrument is guitar or violin, mandolin or cello, listen to your playing through David. You'll be amazed!

Bought this little amp second hand from a friend who is familiar with the company and its owner, he was a guitar tech with an importer here in uk.
Great amp for small venues and the type of gigs I love to do. I use a Gibson J-185 with Fishman Aura ellipse system. Solo or Duo guitar at weddings, dinner dances etc, amp does a fantastic job.
Well worth the money.

WHAT A STUNNING BIT OF KIT! It is the only time I have ever heard an acoustic guitar through any type of amplification with absolutely NO colour whatsoever. Even the AER and the BOSE L1 systems bring their own paint jobs to the party. This is the first time I have felt that I can faithfully reinforce the sound of my guitars. I realise now that this was what I was looking for. This is perfect acoustic sound reinforcement NOT amplification!

I've had this amp for 18 months...its been back to the factory...burnt circuit in concert...was I pleased..great sound but far to delicate..over heats in concerts ...I play delta blues..concerts go for 1.5 - 2.5 hours...it overheats and cuts out...expensive amp as i said good sound..but not pro when it comes to gigs...
