Fender 65 Deluxe Reverb
Guitarists are an odd breed. I feel ok saying this as I must confess to the occasional strum. Stick a synth in front of your average axe man and he'll recoil in horror at the number of dials and switches doubtless muttering something about 'simple', 'pure', uncomplicated' etc. etc.
The reason I mention this is because, when I decided to buy the 65 Deluxe, my uncomplicated, guitar playing friends decided to suddenly become electronics experts warning me that without 'point-to-point' hand wiring, there's no way the amp can be any good! PCB...pah!
Let me dispel the myth - this is a truly great amp. Plug in a Tele and it soars. Plug in a Strat and it sings. Plug in a Les Paul and it roars.
Buy one immediately and your ears will thank you for the rest of your (hearing) life.
