Whilst learning to play the Button Accordion, I joined in with music sessions but struggled to hear what I was playing - I didn't want to play any bum notes too loud or I could only hear the other instruments, I found myself permanently hunched over my instrument struggling to hear what I was playing.... No Fun!

Th UBB1002 solves all these problems, it sits nicely on my case, I plug in my accordion microphone via XLR, my earphones into the phones socket, adjust the levels and we're off!

Now I can hear every note I play, however loud or quiet the other musicians play and I'm getting on so much better.

You can also input from a CD Player/Recorder/MP3 etc, and play along to your pre-recorded music, aswell as recording what you're playing.

If you have the same problems with any musical instrument, I'd thoroughly recommend the UBB1002, it's mains or battery powered (I uses rechargeable batteries), simple to operate and the output quality and volume is more than good enough for my needs!

Does what it says on the tin ...and quietly. I bought it for its battery powered feature to mix audio when filming. It works a treat! I can get left/right, 2 lapels and a boom! Phantom power included. 3 x 9v batteries to power the lot for four hours. Why pay £2500 we this performs this well? Recomended. The only let down is no PFL, not an issue because you can monitor the incoming mix from the camera ...so a result!

I baught this mixer for basking thanks to its battery and becauce a freind has been using one for a few years in a band here. It is well built,looks good and not too heavy to carry around but I am quite disappointed that it has too much noise to use only with mics. Other wise its a good deal
