I am in the process of building up my small bedroom studio, and thought these would be ideal, because they have excellent frequency response and are also quite small (though they can get extremely loud if you need them to be.) I was right, they are probably the best thing I've bought this year. I am muchos impressed!! Another good feature is that there is a mini jack Stereo Out on the back of one speaker which makes plugging in mp3 players, or guitars or anything else really easy. No more rooting round the back for the mini jack speaker input.

I had a spair £50 to blow, and my amp at home has blown. I searched everywhere for a cheap pair of monitors, and this is the best deal i found.

These speakers, although small, have a surprisingly good frequency response, obviously a touch flat on the low end, but you couldnt ask for much more from speakers this size. I find them good for comparing sound to headphone mixes, it gives you a nice idea of how your tune will sound on different systems.

Overall, for the size, quality and the prise, if your looking for something small, maybe for the bedroom studio, these are a top buy.

These speakers are impressive for the price. They sound much more expensive than they actually are. The bass is remarkable, crisp, saturated lows are produced along with distinctive treble. These speakers perform superbly from the lowest lows to the highest highs and have outstanding power reserves. Even at full volume these speakers still perform without distortion. The connections ensure that any set up can be achieved. The RCA’s, TRS socket and microphone input can all be used simultaneously allowing monitoring of multiple sources. The separate bass and treble controls allow the user to adjust the sound for the perfect result. These units have got plenty of power for near-field monitoring.

I recommend these to anyone with a home studio or anyone who is into computer music. I can’t fault them!
