Well, if you're like me, I don't like spending money on things which aren't cool in the gear department. By that I mean boxes which weigh a ton, ideally have an array of holes, LED's ( or OTT VU meters - even better ) cost far too much, have knobs which reasurringly go "clunk" and consume so much electricity that the lights dim when you turn them on.

This..thing...why, it barely qualifies to be called "gear" with it's all-so-clean anonymous black enclosure, no knobs, no leds, no switches - not even a battery, damn it.

But...while tracking a single..how about..

The single coil pickup noise from a tele into an array of stupidly high gain amps..gone ?

A beloved but crusty electric piano that no amount of ground lifting with DI-boxes could cure...emitting no buzz..

Chaining 2 amps together ( with a ropey y-adapter and this box ) NO GROUND HUM !!

Admittedly, I was perhaps not using it entirely in the best way sometimes, as you do experience level drops due to impedence mismatch when chaining silly guitar things together, but hey..the thing works.

If this super handy tool had blue l.e.d's and was made of engraved steel I would be in heaven..but as it is - wow - how did I ever live without it ?!
So very useful - and a bargain. I'm going to buy another one !
