Very comfy, I have the 80ohm version which are nice and loud with clarity and precision.
The only downside is that I find these a tad bassy around 120-180hz range. Not a massive issue but annoying nonetheless. Other than that their built well, have a nice long cable and have good noise reduction. Very pleased with the purchase.

I am looking for new cans (was up till now considering mid-range sennheisers). A colleague lent me these to try; he has had his for 2 years and is happy with them.
They sound and even feel good. Looks are so-so but even the "Princess Leya retro" look is growing on me.
I was hoping to buy something cheaper but they are grin-inducing.
I'm a woman looking for a pair of headphones not a professional musician or knowledgeable audio officianado but I can say that the sound is crystal, responsive and I hear layers I had never heard before.
Added plus; lovely velour earpads that are replacable.
I want them.....

I won't mince words, these are the best headphones i've ever tried.
They were recommended by a couple of friends, who seemed to think they were the best-kept secret ever - well, they weren't wrong!
I tested them against three respectable brands in the same price-range before buying, and have to say they cleanly whipped the ass of all of them... the key, i guess, being the combination of a very crisp detailed sound with a full, but not overwhelming, bass that you can almost feel in your stomach. They are also very 'warm' sounding without that weird muffled effect you sometimes seem to get from some equivalent brands (..that might begin with S and end with R :-)
As you can imagine, this is great for dancey records, but classical, acoustic and indeed all types of stuff also sound great on these badboys.
And they're pretty damn comfy, as you can probably tell by looking at them.
Have been using them for Djing lately so they've been wiggled about a fair bit but seem to be weathering that sort of treatment fine, considering their bulkyness.
Have bought/recommended them to several friends since.
Only wish i could sort of...rediscover them myself - it'd be like watching your favourite film for the first time all over again!
