Bought this as a replacement for the SM57 which I dropped and rendered useless in one easy movement .
Checked on this as the design seemed much more robust on first inspection .
Plugged it in to find much deeper response using with alto sax and hope the improvement will be as major using tenor.

I love this mic. I use it mainly for vocal but can stick it in front of my guitar or any acoustic instrument with great results.
