This stuff is surprisingly good kit. Low cost, robust and clear in signal articulation. It has travelled and performed well without special treatment. If you are after bargain, good quality foldback, get a bag full of these monitors.

Great Little Monitor!

This monitor is simply fantastic - light (10kg) & compact, well-made and incredibly cheap.
The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is because I'll save teh 10 for a powered monitor such as the Carlsboro PM10. But if your mixing desk is loud enough to send a good output signal to the EM10, you'll simply won't find what to complain about.
I was surprised at how clear and powerful the 10" speaker was.
I think the EM10 would make a great pair with the PM10.
If you've ever played in a venue with no decent monitors, give them this tip - get a Carlsboro EM10...it's quite cheap, there's no excuse not to have one!
