Just seen 1 of these units in action and it is a very good unit. Bearing in mind I was all set for purchasing a set of cdj1000's before i saw these - all I can say is they cant match the pioneers quality but what they do offer is the scope for moving into the next realm for djs. The reason for this is the unit is capable of linking to the numark cue dj package - which will open up a whole new world of remixing sampling etc - and for those who wish to take the plunge video djing.

One thing to bear in mind - if u are a dj who expects to link up a hard drive / usb pen etc direct to the unit it will only allow u to play what it sees as non corrupt mp3s - so therfore anything downloaded from pier to pier will not even appear on the display - the only way to get round it is to link it through a laptop - or burn your 'borrowed stuff' onto cd.

Ive just bought 2 of these units with a pioneer djm-400 mixer and plan to use the system in conjuction with a laptop computer in the future.

Do not be fooled by anyone who slates this unit - side by side this unit will stand up to any other as a cd deck alone - look past that and you see endless possibilities that up to date no other unit can come close - the best way to decide is dont take my word for it - go to numarks site and download a free version of there numark cue software and see for your self - then imagine having all the power of that software at you fingertips .............SOLD
