Dolphin Music supplied Burton College with a Mackie DXB mixing console and Logic Pro 7 running on a custom spec. Mac Pro. Already boasting impressive facilities for its many students working towards a Btech in Music Technology, the department at the college were keen to expand their industry standard equipment as a prelude to the introduction of a full degree program beginning in 2007/8.

Dolphin Music was able to supply the DXB from stock and deliver & install exactly when the equipment was required. Burton College opted to have Dolphin’s complete package of delivery and installation, which in this case even included the expertise of Mackie themselves who were able to attend and set up the DXB console.

Whilst on site conducting the installation custom cables were conceived in order to adapt the equipment to meet the needs of the students and staff. Dolphin were able to instruct suppliers to manufacture these items as requested to provide the perfect solution.
