Just like the MK3D, the MK5 features the essential pitch reset button so there isn't any annoying click at 0%, extra cartridge holder, and recessed power knob. The only significant update is the use of a white LED in the pop-up light instead of the original incandescent bulb. The white LED will help provide more light in even the darkest of clubs and will also last a lot longer than the incandescent bulb which was notorious for burning out. Lastly, you do have your choice of colors: silver or black.
