Hi, I saw Matt\'s complaint about no installation instructions. I, too, was baffled and disappointed. However, I observed how the old earpad came off, using a flatr screwwdriver to pry it off the gasket, and managed to line the new one up the same way. Then it snapped into place with the red gasket. I agree, some instructions would be very nice!

Bought a pair of these for my HD 497. No idea how to install them. No instructions, and they can't be slipped on easily. Also, if you remove the old pads, those can't be put back on either. There's presumably some way to get them on, but be sure you know how before buying these.
