After spending a lot of my time, DJ'ing at clubs....when i get home to practice, I need something with a little grunt. These Sep207s just fit the bill. With brackets included they were easily installed in my studio space and do a good job of providing the top end of my system.
But it doesnt end there. These little beasts are virsatile. At some gigs i play, when the system isnt nearly well enough distributed, i use i few pairs of these to cover dead space and provide good clean sound for all the bar and corridor areas of the pub/club.
One cant help but be amazed with theses speakers for their price point and performance. A few pairs have now made it into my home install and some get regularly taken to smaller gigs to supliment the sound.
I give these speakers an overall 9 on 10. They lose a mark simply because it would be nice to see a bass driver with longer excursion, but for 99% of applications, this beast will be more than enough!
