To enhance further the incredibly flexible STC-1, individual OMNI and Hypercardioid capsules are also available.
If you have critical recording applications that dictate the need for a specific pickup response, then these capsules will do the job without complication. Simply unscrew the STC-1’s standard Cardioid capsule and screw on the new one – it’s as easy as that!
If you already own the STC-1S Stereo-Matched Pair, the capsules are also compatible, but the microphones will no longer be classed as ‘matched’.
Each capsule is supplied in its own ring box.
