The WM 220/ 230 systems operate in the VHF range employing diversity technology. The diversity technique uses two antennae to ensure trouble-free reception. The system automatically detects the best signal and switches without any noise to the best signal.
The WM 220 is one of dB’s most sold systems in Europe.

Frequencies
When operating wireless systems, there are several key issues which have to be taken into consideration:
It is necessary to select the frequencies very carefully. Interference can be caused by what is called “inter- modulation” – in simple terms this means the effect created when two frequencies interact.
You must ensure that in any multi-channel system, no two frequencies are the same and care should be exercised because it is possible for some frequencies to interfere with each other.
