A superior High-End Video interconnect.... We achieve true 75 Ohm by creating precision uniform cable geometry, using FPE, a special foam dielectric material. The result is a purer signal transmission with virtually no loss of picture detail.
To protect that transmission, we employ redundant, triple EMI, RFI, and electrostatic shielding for 100% coverage. We use a single layer of OFC copper foil beneath two offset, overlapping precisely woven silver plated OFC pure copper braids, separated from each other by a nonconductive layer of friction reducing PTFE tape. There is simply no better shielding available to protect video transmission.
Though Zaolla offer the ZWDC as a word clock cable, it is well suited as a BNC terminated Component Video cable. This true 75-ohm coaxial cable features a Solid Silver center conductor and FPE Precision Foam Dielectric insulator. It also features dual layers of Silver plated OFC braided shielding that is separated by PTFE lubricating Tape (similar to Teflon®). Lastly, there is a OFC copper foil shield—this cable is absolutely 100% shielded.
The BNC connections are gold plated for superior signal transference and maximum resistance from atmospheric corrosion (oxidation). Each cable is hand assembled using the finest silver solder to ensure signal integrity.
