At Dolphin Music we recognize that one of the main obstacles between teachers and the introduction of new technologies into their curriculum is that of knowledge and training. Busy enough at the ‘chalk face’ of teaching, it is not always possible for teachers to take the time to learn often complex new technologies and techniques. That’s where Dolphin Music’s Teacher Training Services come in: we hope to reduce the length of your learning curve and make the experience of enhancing your curriculum with technology a painless one.
It is widely recognized that new technologies will increasingly play a part in the way that we teach music. Already it is essential at GCSE and A Level and sought after as a means of offering additional learning opportunities to students. Vocational courses in music technology and a broader spectrum of approaches to facilitating the success of students through the use of technology are further examples of the increasing role that technology will play in the music education area.
So, if you want to learn about exciting new technologies; if you want to offer more learning opportunities to students or take advantage of new and more efficient ways of working with technology, then join a Dolphin Music Teacher Training course and we will help you get started.
Courses are held regularly and in different regional centres. Lunch and refreshments are included in the cost. Sign up for the course and then call or email our Education Department at Dolphin Music to arrange your attendance on the next, most convenient date.
