The iBox 32|64 MADI-S and iBox 64|32 MADI-S are aimed specifically at broadcast applications that require a high channel count, integrating the MADI and AES/EBU environments.

The iBox 32|64 MADI-S converts 32 AES/EBU input channels (16 x stereo AES) and 64 AES/EBU output channels (32 x stereo AES) to an optical MADI port. This 1U product provides a smart and economic solution for play-out oriented applications (e.g. play-out servers or mixing, mastering and post facilities).

The iBox 64|32 MADI-S converts 64 AES/EBU input Channels of (32 x stereo AES) and 32 AES/EBU output channels of (16 x stereo AES) to an optical MADI port and is the perfect choice for recording oriented applications, like ingest/recording servers or on-site recording.

These two iBoxes can be purchased together as the iBox 64|64 MADI-S pak, providing a full 64 channels of AES to MADI and MADI to AES conversion, including 32 redundant I/O paths for high availability applications such as radio, broadcast and OB vans.
