Experience the sound recorded by many guitar legends. The HBE Germania is a recreation of the highly sought after Dallas Rangemaster Treble Booster. Features an NOS Germanium Transistor and switchable Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi modes. Lo-Fi mode: original Rangemaster sound, tough and aggressive. Hi-Fi mode: brighter, more transparent with less mid emphasis.
The Germania is an amazing recreation of the popular Dallas Rangemaster treble boost, gain control and true bypass footswitch. It does exactly what it should - a huge kick to the input and musical distortion. Knock back the guitar's volume control, and the signal cleans up to a shimmering clean sound. Bring up the guitar volume again, and you have smooth, sweet overdrive from the amp, together with controllable feedback, often jumping an octave from the original note. Top quality components, top quality treble boost!
