CD DJ Systems

CD DJ Systems use DJ CD players rather than vinyl decks. The DJ CD players feature adjustable speed and special 'cue' controls to allow beat matching techniques. Some CD decks offer CD 'jog wheels' so that users can perform scratch techniques.  Samplers and effects units are also common features.

Essentially CD DJ Systems can be used in the same way as Vinyl Systems. One advantage is that more of your students will have their own CDs rather than vinyl and you can prepare your own practice CDs for particular lessons.

As with the vinyl system you will need 2 decks along with a mixer, speakers and headphones.
