Dolphin Music's Christmas 2009 Returns Policy

Over Christmas and New Year we will be extending our “cooling-off” return policy to accommodate for Christmas shoppers. Any order shipped from December 1, 2009 to December 23, 2009 will include a return policy up until January 17, 2010.

Any goods shipped from December 1st to December 23rd and found to be faulty must be reported to us in writing by January 25, 2010 in order to qualify for a replacement, refund or credit.

Our standard return policy still applies to orders shipped before or after this period. All other aspects of our returns policy and standard terms and conditions apply.
