The Music Key at BETT 2005

Developed by the Centre for Digital and Interactive Audio at Bath Spa University College and Sound Technology plc, The Music Key is a set of nine courseware packages designed to deliver a totally integrated and co-ordinated Music Curriculum from Key stage 2, year 4 through KS3 lower school secondary to A level and National Diploma level.

The Music Key utilises a multi-media interface with on-screen tutorial movies, fully narrated and highlighted on screen for clarity. The Music Key is designed to run alongside popular Logic music software packages (not included) and is supported by schemes of work and lesson plans thus providing the educator with a total resource for delivering music education, all aligned to national curriculum targets and relevant syllabi. All aspects of the curriculum are covered including Singing, Composition, Arranging, Theory, Notation, Performance, Improvisation, Keyboard Skills, writing for Multimedia.

The first Music Key package, available now, is AS Music Technology.The BND Music Technology version will be available shortly afterwards early in 2005.
