It's not just wakka-wakka-wakka (but it can do that too if you want) variable tension control, range tuning and the special auto switch function give you a Wah that's tuned to exactly your taste.

WD7/Auto-Off Delay

In the AUTO SWITCH mode, you can set the effect-off either on standard instant off when the pedal is returned to the full upright position or a delayed-off by turning the control clockwise.

Mode Lever

Changes the mode so the effect can be turned on and off with the FOOTSWITCH or with the AUTO SWITCH (effect turns off when pedal is in the upright position).

Footswitch

Allows on-off switching of the effect independent of the footboard when the MODE LEVER is in the FOOTSWITCH mode.

Spring Tension

Adjusts the tension of the footboard return-spring in the AUTO SWITCH mode.

Range Fine Tuning

  1. RANGE SWITCH for switching between LOW and HIGH frequency response.
  2. RANGE FINE TUNING allows fine tuning within either the LOW and HIGH RANGE SWITCH settings.

Ibanez WD7 ( weeping demon )

This pedal is brilliant, does exactly what it says, works well with most guitars, if you are an ibanez owner I would recommend this over another pedal any day. I have rated this 9/10 because 2 of the small dials underneath the foot pedal are very awkward to get at if you need to change a setting in a hurry. But overall it is great. And also not a bad price as it is probably the best pedal you can buy for WAH.
